Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the garment is cleaned of any debris or fur.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned pet fashion, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
